Post-Mix Electric Valves

Model 100 (3.0 Valve)

Flow rates are adjustable from 1.5 ounces/second to 3.0

ounces/second of finished drink. The restricted flow adjustment

plug allows maximum flow of 2.0 ounces/second.

Model 145 (4.5 Valve)

Flow rates are adjustable from 2.5 ounces/second to 5.0

ounces/second of finished drink. The restricted flow adjustment

plug allows maximum flow of 3.3 ounces/second.

Both 100 and 145 models have water/soda option and come

in five styles:

• Sure-Fill

• Self-serve lever, “product out” light optional

• Short lever, “product out” light optional

• Push button

• Portion control

All LEV valves include a back block and mount with the same

mounting screws on the same hole center as the following

valves: Dole SEV, Cornelius SF1, Dole FFV, McCann’s, Coca-

Cola Valve, and Smart Valve. Water and syrup flow controls

are individually adjustable without removing the valve cover.

Syrup flow control operates with both sugar and diet syrups.

Soda/Water levers are manually operated and field convertible.

Electrical: 24VAC.

Sure-Fill

Valve

The Sure-Fill valve fills a cup with beverage and automatically

shuts the valve off when the cup is full. A slight overflow (foam

in most cases) is necessary to ensure proper operation. An

electronic module attached to the valve senses a conductive

path through the soda. When the cup foams over, the foam

touches the lever, the conductive path is completed and the

valve shuts off. The SURE-FILL valve requires a special, angled

cup rest to properly actuate the valve. An angled cup rest will

decrease maximum cup clearance about 1".

The Sure-Fill module includes provisions for top-off cycles

which can be adjusted from a minimum of no top-off to a

maximum of five seconds. PCB controlled.
